How it works week by week
- First exploratory meeting is free-of-charge.
- Week 1: Clarify your context, complete the light 360 intake, define 2–3 high‑impact goals, and agree on success measures and KPIs for the 6‑week sprint.
- Weeks 2–5: Weekly coaching focused on live challenges, targeted skill building (e.g., communication, stakeholder management, decision‑making), and short experiments you run between sessions; you receive tailored AI prompts and workflows to support each goal.
- Week 6: Review outcomes against your original KPIs, capture evidence of progress, and co‑create a simple next‑90‑days plan plus an updated AI-centric playbook so gains are sustained beyond the program.
