Teamwork Session: "Leading with AI"

“Leading with AI” is a practical team program that helps you speed up decisions, communicate more clearly, and run a simple, repeatable operating cadence powered by AI. It combines an intensive workshop with a short implementation sprint so your team walks away with real habits and at least one working AI-enabled workflow, not just inspiration.


Who this is for

This program is designed for leaders and functional teams who are under pressure to do more with less and want to use AI in a focused, responsible way. It works especially well for heads of function, project leaders, and senior individual contributors who already make frequent decisions and communicate across the business. 


What your team gets

By the end of Leading with AI, your team will:

  • Make faster, more confident decisions by using AI to surface options, risks, and scenarios in minutes rather than days.
  • Communicate with more clarity and consistency using AI to draft, refine, and adapt messages for different stakeholders and channels.
  • Run a simple operating cadence (weekly and monthly rhythms) where AI supports preparation, follow-ups, and tracking, instead of adding more admin.

You will also leave with 2–3 repeatable team practices and one AI-enabled workflow that are already tested on your real work.


How it works

1. Workshop: “Leading with AI”

A half-day or full-day, highly interactive workshop delivered in-person or virtually. In this session, your team will:

  • Learn what AI can and cannot do for leaders today, using practical examples from communication, decision-making, and workflow automation.
  • Map where time, energy, and clarity are currently leaking across meetings, decisions, and internal communication.
  • Design a simple operating cadence where AI supports key touchpoints such as weekly check-ins, decision reviews, and stakeholder updates.

The workshop ends with each team selecting 2–3 candidate practices and one AI-enabled workflow to test in the sprint.


2. Sprint: Weekly group coaching

Over the next 3–4 weeks, the team meets for a short, focused group coaching session (typically 60–75 minutes) to turn ideas into working habits. In these sessions, the group will:

  • Test and refine prompts, templates, and workflows on real upcoming meetings, decisions, and communications.
  • Remove blockers around tools, data, or team resistance and set clear norms for responsible AI use.
  • Track impact using simple metrics such as time saved, cycle time on decisions, and clarity of team communication.

Between sessions, participants apply their chosen practices in their day-to-day work, so change happens in real time, not in a classroom.


Tangible outcomes

By the end of the program, your team will have:

  • 2–3 repeatable practices (for example, AI-assisted weekly updates, meeting follow-ups, or decision briefs) that everyone knows how to run.
  • One AI-enabled workflow implemented on a real business process, such as weekly business reviews, stakeholder reporting, or meeting summarization and action tracking.
  • A shared language and set of guardrails for using AI responsibly, so AI becomes a trusted partner, not a distraction or threat.

These outcomes are designed to be small, durable building blocks that you can scale across other teams and functions.


Format

The program can be delivered on-site or virtually and is customized to your industry, tools, and privacy requirements. Options are available for a single team pilot or a scaled roll-out across multiple teams and regions.
