Leadership Micro-360

Leadership Micro‑360 is a fast, focused way for a leader to see how key stakeholders experience their leadership today and what to do differently next week. It is designed for busy executives who want real‑world data, simple language, and clear experiments rather than a long diagnostic process.


How it works

You nominate 6–8 stakeholders who see you in action, typically your manager, peers, and direct reports, and give consent for either brief calls or an asynchronous online form. Stakeholders answer a small set of targeted questions about your leadership strengths, impact, and “moments of truth” where a small behavior shift would change outcomes.


What you receive

Within 7–10 days, you receive a concise two‑page report that highlights recurring themes across all stakeholders rather than isolated comments. The report surfaces your top strengths, your most important blind spots, and three concrete behavior experiments you can run immediately in real meetings and conversations.


Timing and pace

The full cycle from stakeholder outreach to debrief typically takes 7–10 days, so it fits easily around quarter‑end, board cycles, or major change initiatives. Sessions are scheduled to minimize disruption for stakeholders, using short calls or async input that most people can complete in under 10–15 minutes.


Measuring real‑world impact

Together, we define one specific leadership behavior you want to test, for example, “invite dissent before decisions” or “close every meeting with clear next steps.” Stakeholders then provide a simple alignment rating over time, so you can see whether they experience a visible shift in that behavior, linking your Micro‑360 directly to observable change rather than abstract insight.
