Developing Leadership in the AI Age
Humantyze is a leadership development consultancy that sits at the intersection of learning, psychology, and real-world business practice, founded by executive coach and crisis consultant David Ko who has spent decades coaching complex organizations. We exist to help people move beyond theory into embodied skills: how they think, feel, decide, and communicate under pressure.
Types of events
We host intimate workshops, labs, and learning circles for founders, senior leaders, and mission-driven teams, both in-person and online. Typical sessions include leadership labs on difficult conversations, crisis and resilience simulations, coaching-style management skills, and reflective spaces for burnout prevention and sustainable performance. Each event is highly interactive and practice-based, favouring live dialogues, role-plays, and structured reflection over lectures, so participants leave with tools they can apply immediately.
