Most crisis exercises generate pressure at you. SimCrisis generates pressure from people — lifelike stakeholders, similar to NPCs in a gaming environment.
Every stakeholder in the simulation carries a live relationship state. The regulator, the board chair, the lead investor, the union representative, the journalist. Answer them well and they stay cooperative. Ignore them and they turn neutral, then sceptical, then hostile. Every message they send afterwards is written from that position, and it does not reset.
