Crisis Simulation for Ops Teams
Humantyze SimCrisis (for Ops Teams)
A half-day workshop on a web-based platform that lets your risk, operations, and resilience teams rehearse complex operational crises in a safe environment. AI generates realistic system alerts, stakeholder messages, and decision points they must manage in real time — major outages, breaches with service impact, supplier failures, safety incidents, and multi-region disruptions.
How it works
- A facilitator launches the scenario; the platform streams operational alerts, stakeholder queries, and conflicting internal updates in real time.
- Participants work a live four-column interface — operational events, stakeholder & regulatory comms, internal coordination, and external updates — logging decisions and publishing under time pressure.
- Teams practise crisis governance, impact assessment, cross-functional coordination, and playbook execution.
Built around your operating model
- Custom or template scenarios with triggers, escalation points, and roles (regulators, major clients, suppliers, board risk chair, insurers).
- Adjustable AI severity, tone, and image style, plus scripted operational “injects” via CSV (monitoring alerts, regulator letters, vendor failures).
- Trainer-led briefings on operational resilience, escalation thresholds, and emerging threats like deepfakes and ransomware.
After-action review
Every session ends with a full after-action review — an overall score plus category scores for response time, decision quality, stakeholder management, and crisis containment — with strengths, gaps, key decisions, and a complete timeline. Download the log to share with risk committees or compare across exercises.
